UrbanGym is a fusion of gymnastics, tumbling, parkour and ninja warrior skills. Participants in this program use the traditional gymnastics apparatus in alternative ways, whilst still developing the necessary physical and social skills needed to thrive in life. 

 

Whilst participants spend less time on the perfect execution of skills, safety is still the overarching principle of UrbanGym classes, with participants taught fun and methodical progressions to achieve the big skills!

 

UrbanGym classes are split based on age

 

Foundation: Prep/Grade 1

Beginner: Grade 1/Grade 2

Intermediate: Grade 2/Grade 3

Advanced: Grade 4+
